For your convenient, Tune hotel also provide online booking if you staying with their hotel. There is no phone booking allowed, but please take note that if you booking online Tune hotel with our bus, you must call us back to confirm the seat because it is first come first serve basis.Picture below is the shuttle  transfer coupon (buy online with Tune Hotel) :

After you receive this coupon,please come to our office beside the 7-eleven.You will receive this coupon after check in at Tune Hotel.

After that you will receive our boarding pass showing your departure and return time,date of departure and also number of pax. On the right hand side of the boarding pass is our copy and will detached by our person in charge as you  inside of the bus,in the middle there is our term and condition that will occur when you use our services and the left hand side is customer boarding pass copy.

Beside that you also will receive the immigration Singapore card(white card) that you have to fill in before boarding the bus.

For your information,this immigration card will be tear up half by immigration officer when you enter Singapore,but a half of it will be taken when you get back from Singapore. Do not throw it away the other half of it or you will be hold back by Singapore Immigration.
